At TLD Global Pte. Ltd. we are committed to delivering quality. We carry out a detailed inspection of all items before dispatch and carefully pack them to avoid damage on their journey to you, so you can be confident your plants will arrive healthy and pots are ready for use.

If you do have a problem, rest assured that we are here to help, we understand that everybody wants to be treated fairly and reasonably.

30 Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you need to return an item to us, please contact us first so that our support team will assist you ASAP with the return process.

DO NOT RETURN ITEMS YOURSELF without our notice or else we will refuse to accept your return request.

Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Goods:

If your items are faulty, damaged or we sent you something incorrectly, we will pay for the cost of the return using our own carrier (please note; we are unable to refund returns costs of items should you decide to use an alternative unauthorised service). Please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem. We reserve the right to ask you to send digital photographs to understand any issues

Exchanges

To exchange a product you’ve bought from us, simply return it for a refund, then place a new order online for the item you want.

Faulty, Damaged and Incorrect Goods:

Once we have received your return we will process your refund payment within 3-10 working days. Payment will be sent to your original account that made the purchase. If after 3-10 working days that you don’t receive the payment, please contact your bank first for more info.
